To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Supply & OTD (Order-to-Delivery) Operations Manager to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Supply & Order-to-Delivery Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team based in Coventry.
What you'll do:
The Sales Supply & OTD Operations Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end vehicle supply and Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process across the UK and European markets. This role ensures seamless coordination between Sales, Production Planning, Logistics, Distribution, Finance and Retail Partners to deliver vehicles efficiently, accurately and on time while enhancing the customer experience.
The successful candidate will optimise vehicle allocation, manage supply constraints, improve operational processes and provide clear visibility of order status throughout the customer journey.
What you'll bring:
- Manage the complete Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process from customer order through to vehicle handover.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation and supply planning in line with market demand and production availability.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle order pipelines, production schedules and shipping milestones.
- Identify supply risks, bottlenecks and delivery delays, implementing mitigation plans where required.
- Develop and maintain OTD KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales teams and Retailers to provide accurate delivery forecasts and order updates.
- Support vehicle launch activities, ensuring operational readiness across the supply chain.
- Manage stock levels, vehicle ageing and inventory optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve operational issues and improve delivery performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, logistics providers and retailer partners.

Additional Information:
This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time.
