About the Role
Manpower are currently seeking an interim Supply Planner to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Holborn, London. This is a full-time temporary role to run until June 2027 requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday paying up to £45,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Execute the Supply Planning strategy end-to-end.
- Develop constrained Finished Goods (FG) forecasts and integrate them into business plans.
- Translate constrained FG forecasts into supply and requirements plans.
- Manage and resolve supply risks and issues to ensure continuity of supply.
- Deliver high service levels through on-time, in-full order fulfilment and finished goods availability.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Own and monitor capacity, inventory, waste and service level reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service, inventory and waste performance.
- Partner with Planning Control Tower teams on planning activities and projects.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Customer Development and Marketing teams to incorporate commercial, marketing and trade initiatives into supply plans.
- Work closely with Third-Party Manufacturing (3PM) Procurement to maintain inventory levels while meeting stock targets.
- Coordinate repack and co-pack activities with external suppliers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Previous Supply Planning experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with global stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and results-focused, with a willingness to take ownership and accountability.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI and/or Demantra is advantageous.
