Do you love bringing order to complexity?

Are you a natural planner with a keen eye for detail?

If you're looking to make an impact in a growing international business, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

As our Supply Planner, you'll be responsible for turning demand forecasts into effective supply plans across a network of manufacturing partners. Working closely with Operations, Commercial, Quality and external suppliers, you'll help balance capacity, manage inventory, mitigate supply risks and support the successful onboarding of new production partners. You'll also contribute to our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, using data and insights to support key business decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex planning challenges, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a growing international business within a highly regulated industry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
