Are you a Supply Planner looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? You’ll take ownership of day-to-day planning, maintain accurate master data across multiple ERP systems, and collaborate with teams across the business to ensure our customers get the parts they need.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day flow of purchased and manufactured products, aligning supply with demand while maintaining accurate master data across multiple ERP systems. Collaboration is key — you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient supply performance that keeps our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Planning & Availability
- Plan and manage product supply in line with demand and service targets
- Execute replenishment and/or production plans
- Identify and resolve shortages, back orders, or supply risks
- Monitor inbound orders, shipments, and delivery status
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory within agreed safety- and cycle-stock targets
- Review inventory health: safety, cycle, above-window, VAR
- Drive actions to reduce excess, ageing, and obsolete stock
- Report on inventory performance, turns, and stock health

Supplier Management
- Manage day-to-day supplier communication on orders, shipments, and production schedules
- Track supplier OTIF and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate across Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Quality to resolve issues
- Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers and logistics partners
Data & Systems Management
- Maintain all master data across ERP systems (lead times, MOQs, reorder points, costs)
- Audit and update data regularly for accuracy
- Analyse ERP and Excel data to support planning and forecasting accuracy
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams
- Align with global Supply Chain teams on priorities and actions
- Contribute to planning reviews with insights on demand, inventory, and supplier performance

- Master Data Accuracy %
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory management
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
- Proficient in at least one ERP system; experience with multiple is an advantage
- High attention to detail and structured problem-solving
- Clear communicator and effective collaborator
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive aftermarket, or multi-SKU environments desirable
