Our story goes back more than 150 years, to the chilly southern coast of Scandinavia. From our early success in Sweden and Denmark, we’ve grown into the world’s leading specialist producer of plant-based oils, employing more than 4,000 people across the globe.
We work with our customers to make the products you love even better. The oils we produce go into making your chocolate extra-creamy or putting the crunch into your croissant. And it’s not just food — we work across industries to make products that are higher quality, healthier and better for the planet.

About The Role
Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for supply chain optimization? We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Supply Planner to join our European Supply Planning Team.

This is a dynamic, cross-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is passionate about data, continuous improvement, and advancing supply chain planning.
Responsibilities
As Supply Planner Europe your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Develop capacity reporting across European sites, providing insights into asset utilisation, constraints, and network optimization.
- Analyse supply, demand, capacity, and inventory to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
- Develop end-to-end value chain models, integrating operational and cost considerations to support tactical and strategic decision-making.
- Drive supply planning projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the European network.
- Build the data, process, and analytical foundations required to enable AI-driven supply chain planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to align planning decisions and drive improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
