Supply Planner

As part of our Planning function, the Supply Planner will play a key role in ensuring product availability, maintaining appropriate inventory levels and supporting strong supply chain performance across the UK business.

You will take ownership of your planning portfolio, managing supply, demand and stock levels to ensure products and materials are available when needed. Working closely with suppliers and teams across the wider business, you will help balance customer service requirements with inventory efficiency.

The role will also provide the opportunity to support new product launches, promotional activity and end-of-life planning, as well as contribute to the continued improvement and digitalisation of our planning processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and collaborating across different areas of a business to make a direct impact on service levels and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supply in line with demand to achieve agreed service level targets.
  • Ensure the availability of finished goods, raw materials and packaging required to support production and customer demand.
  • Forecast future requirements to support new product ranges, promotions and changes in customer demand.
  • Replenish and manage stock within agreed inventory targets and budgets.
  • Monitor stock availability and proactively identify potential shortages or supply issues.
  • Communicate stock shortages and availability updates effectively with Customer Service and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data within SAP.
  • Ensure SAP accurately reflects stock positions, goods in transit and outstanding purchase and sales orders.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to provide planning insight and contribute to the S&OP process.
  • Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, including OTIF, stock availability and lead-time adherence.
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Finance.
  • Support new product introductions and end-of-life planning to ensure stock is managed effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning processes through automation, digitalisation and data led decision making.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the wider Planning and Supply Chain function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
