Are you an experienced Supply Chain leader with a passion for integrated planning, inventory optimisation and operational excellence? We are seeking a Supply Planning & Inventory Management Lead to join our Supply Chain Leadership Team and play a critical role in aligning customer demand with manufacturing capability across a global business.

The Opportunity

Reporting as a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning process, translating market demand into executable supply plans while ensuring inventory is effectively managed from raw materials through to finished goods in market.

You will lead the monthly S&OP process, drive demand and supply planning, oversee operational procurement and inventory management, and manage a team responsible for artwork coordination and master data governance. Leading a team of approximately 23 people, you will help deliver high service levels, optimise working capital and support business growth through robust supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end supply planning and inventory strategy across the business.
  • Own the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, capacity and financial plans.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and planning scenarios.
  • Convert demand plans into achievable supply plans using Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
  • Oversee Master Production Scheduling and manufacturing and packaging planning activities.
  • Ensure material availability through effective operational procurement and supplier coordination.
  • Drive inventory performance, including safety stock management, inventory optimisation and reduction of obsolescence risks.
  • Lead governance of supply chain master data and planning parameters.
  • Manage the Artworks team, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of packaging and product artwork requirements.
  • Develop planning KPIs, reporting, governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build, coach and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
  • Lead risk management, scenario planning and business continuity activities across the supply chain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
