Supply Planning Manager | Consumer Goods company | South Yorkshire | £40,000–£50,000 plus 8% bonus

Do you enjoy turning forecasts into practical supply plans and making sure products are available when customers need them? Are you confident working with third-party manufacturers and taking ownership of planning, purchasing and stock control?

I’m working with a consumer goods business in South Yorkshire that’s looking for a Supply Planning Manager. This is a varied, hands-on role within an SME, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the supply planning function and improve the processes behind it.

You’ll combine strong analytical skills with the ability to build supplier relationships, coordinate manufacturing requirements and keep on top of changing priorities. There’s scope to make your mark by bringing structure to planning and helping the business manage its supply chain effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
