From first concept to final production, we bring together insight, creativity and technical know-how to build what’s next.

We don’t just follow the market. We help shape it.

We create food and beverage products, ideas and partnerships that deliver real impact. Smarter thinking. Stronger products. Solutions that move our customers forward.

Because real impact doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built.

Role overview

Own and develop the end-to-end supply planning function across a growing multi-site manufacturing network. The role is responsible for translating demand into an achievable production and supply plan, balancing customer priorities, inventory, materials, manufacturing capacity and service requirements across internal and external manufacturing partners.

The Supply Planning Manager will provide the business with clear forward visibility of capacity, constraints and supply risk, while improving planning processes, data and systems to support continued growth.

Location

Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

Key responsibilities

Supply & Production Planning

  • Own the master production and supply plan across internal manufacturing and co-manufacturing sites.
  • Convert demand and forecast requirements into realistic production schedules, considering capacity, lead times, changeovers, minimum runs and material availability.
  • Sequence production against customer priorities, stock position, demand and agreed service requirements.
  • Maintain clear short-, medium- and longer-term visibility of production requirements and constraints.
  • Coordinate changes to the plan and communicate the customer, stock and capacity impact to relevant stakeholders.

Demand, Forecast & Scenario Planning

  • Work with Sales, Customer Operations and the Head of Supply Chain to translate forecasts and demand changes into supply requirements.
  • Monitor forecast versus actual demand and highlight material changes that affect capacity, inventory or customer service.
  • Run scenario planning to support decisions where demand exceeds available capacity or customer requirements conflict.
  • Support improved forecasting discipline by identifying gaps, unusual demand and assumptions requiring commercial validation.

Capacity & Multi-Site Planning

  • Own forward capacity planning across manufacturing lines, sites and co-manufacturing partners.
  • Identify capacity gaps early and provide clear options for re-sequencing, outsourcing or other mitigation.
  • Coordinate production allocation across multiple manufacturing partners while considering capability, cost, lead time and operational complexity.
  • Maintain visibility of planned trials, launches, seasonal activity and customer-specific production requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
