This position is a project role for around 2 years – likely to finish in March 2028
In this project role you will play a key role in driving successful implementation and adoption of the o9 planning solution across Supply Planning in MEU.
You will drive the successful design, implementation, and deployment of the o9 Supply Planning solution across MEU Supply Planning. Act as the Regional COE for solution design, build, testing, data readiness, and go-live/hyper care — ensuring the o9 platform accurately reflects supply planning processes, constraints, and network flows across all categories.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Be a key member of Supply Planning project workstream and lead project sub-stream with key deliverables
- Clarify design questions during build phase; participate in demo sessions and sign off configuration
- Accountable for supply planning processes, constraints, and network flows to be accurately modelled in the new system
- Design and document complementary tools, reports and process solutions
- Interface with o9 implementation partners on solution architecture and planning logic
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of critical master data, enabling o9 deployment
- Define data model and standards for o9 Supply Planning
- Establish data check and control frameworks
- Validate integration flows between o9, S/4HANA, and legacy systems (SAP APO)
- Oversee data readiness across BUs (working with Business and Partners)
- Design testing strategy, participate in tests, drive resolution of defects
- Lead sign-off on testing readiness and results quality
- Validate business go-live readiness; support Go/No-Go decision
- Support cutover activities and execution
- Resolve complex functional/system issues during stabilization
- Act as primary interface between Global & Regional teams, Partners and Business on all solution/technical matters
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure end-to-end planning alignment
- Business Partner with Supply Planning leads to ensure effective tools and process adoption
- Act as a key change agent within the Supply Planning organization
- Drive adoption of new planning processes, tools, and ways of working across hubs
- Drive ways-of-working adjustments post go-live & support transition to BAU operations

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- 7+ years in Supply Planning (FMCG preferred), with deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Hands-on experience with planning systems: SAP APO, SAP ECC, and/or o9 Solutions
- Experience in system/platform implementation projects (design, testing, deployment)
- Strong, proven expertise in constraint modelling, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and network planning
- Strong knowledge and experience working with planning data end to end: parameters configuration, data flows between systems, planning logic, and the ability to assess data quality and its impact on planning outputs.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and planning logic
- Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and drive decisions across multiple stakeholders and geographies
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — able to influence across Business functions, implementation partners, and leadership
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile transformation environments
