Supply Teacher: Tower Hamlets Primary Schools
Location: Tower Hamlets (covering Bow, Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, Poplar, and the Isle of Dogs)
Start Date: Immediate and September 2026
Contract: Flexible Daily Supply Short-Term Long-Term
Pay: GBP 150-GBP 190 per day (dependent on experience)

A number of highly regarded primary schools in Tower Hamlets are looking to appoint enthusiastic Supply Teachers to provide high-quality cover throughout the academic year.
This Supply Teacher opportunity is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and flexibility. Whether you're available every day or just a few days each week, there are regular bookings available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in supportive, well-managed schools.
The Role
As a Supply Teacher, You Will
- Deliver engaging lessons and maintain continuity of learning
- Follow school planning and adapt quickly to new classroom environments
- Create a positive and purposeful learning atmosphere
- Manage behavior effectively using each school's policies
- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff

The Ideal Candidate
The Successful Supply Teacher Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Be adaptable, reliable, and confident teaching across different year groups
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behavior management
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching wherever they work
