The Role: Supply Teacher
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Croydon, South London.
As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary school settings, covering lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing the classroom effectively, and ensuring pupils continue to receive a high standard of education in the absence of their usual teacher.

You will be supported by the TLTP team, who will work with you to find suitable placements based on your experience, preferences, and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Following lesson plans and ensuring learning objectives are met
- Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of individual pupils
- Managing behavior in line with school policies
- Ensuring pupils remain safe and engaged throughout the school day
- Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff
- Providing feedback to the school where appropriate
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and professional conduct
- Working effectively as part of the school's teaching team
