Supply Teacher Opportunities - Guildford
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Position: Supply Teacher
Salary: £150 - £270 per day

About the Role
Academics is currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across a range of excellent secondary schools in Guildford and the surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced teacher, an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience, or a teacher seeking a better work-life balance, we can help you find opportunities that suit your needs.
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Adapt confidently to different school environments and classroom settings
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
- Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students can succeed

We Are Looking For Teachers Who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching within UK secondary schools
- Possess strong classroom management and communication skills
- Are adaptable, reliable, and professional
- Enjoy the variety and flexibility that supply teaching offers
- Are passionate about supporting students and schools across Guildford
