Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supply Teacher based in the West Midlands with the flexibility of occasional remote work. The Supply Teacher will deliver engaging lessons based on provided plans or create lesson materials when required. Responsibilities include:
- Managing classroom behavior
- Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
- Supporting students in achieving their educational goals
The role may require flexibility to work with a range of schools and adapt to varying classroom settings.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and delivering Education materials effectively
- Strong Communication and ability to build rapport with students and staff
- Practical experience in Teaching and Training in an educational setting
- Passion for fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Flexibility to work in hybrid settings and adapt to varied school environments
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Previous experience as a Supply Teacher or in a similar educational role is advantageous
