Primary Supply Teachers - Birmingham (Sparkbrook → Castle Bromwich)
September Start | Daily & Long-Term Roles £130-£150 daily | £140-£185 long-term | ECTs Welcome
About The Role
We're looking for dynamic, adaptable Primary Teachers to support a group of Birmingham schools across Sparkbrook, Small Heath, Bordesley Green, Stechford, Hodge Hill, Shard End, Erdington, Castle Vale and Castle Bromwich.
These schools are busy, community-focused and value teachers who can step in confidently, teach well and maintain strong routines from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 depending on daily or long-term needs
- Delivering clear, engaging lessons that follow school policies
- Supporting pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing
- Managing behaviour calmly and consistently
- Adapting quickly to new classrooms, teams and expectations
- Being available from 6:30am for same-day bookings

What You Need
- QTS
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete a new check
- Ability to teach confidently from Early Years to Year 6
- Strong behaviour management
- Professionalism, punctuality and adaptability
