Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week

We are looking for an organised and professional Support Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a varied role providing day-to-day administrative and business support across the organisation. You will work closely with the Operations and Business Support Manager and wider team, helping to ensure documents, reports, meetings, office facilities and general business support activities are managed efficiently.
The role would suit someone who is organised, has strong attention to detail and enjoys working across a varied range of administrative tasks. You will need to be comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating with colleagues and external contacts, and taking responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Role overview
As Support Administrator, you will play an important part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Document formatting, report production and submission preparation, ensuring documentation is accurate, well-presented and completed to required deadlines.
- Managing stationery, kitchen refreshments and office supplies, monitoring stock levels and coordinating orders when required.
- Arranging travel, accommodation and meetings.
- Acting as a professional point of contact for the business, handling incoming calls, taking accurate messages and welcoming visitors to the office.
- Maintaining filing systems and databases, ensuring information is filed correctly and records are kept up to date.
- Supporting invoicing, compliance and operational processes.
- Providing support with basic day-to-day IT hardware, systems and office equipment issues, escalating more technical problems where necessary.
- Providing business continuity support during absences, helping to ensure essential day-to-day activities continue to run smoothly.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.

Skills And Experience
We are looking for someone with a professional and positive approach who is organised, reliable and willing to learn.
You Will Have
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- The ability to prioritise your workload and manage different tasks effectively.
- A professional and positive attitude.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- The confidence and discretion to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

Desirable experience
It Would Also Be Beneficial If You Have
- Experience arranging and coordinating travel, accommodation and meetings.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
- Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to use your initiative to identify and resolve issues.
- InDesign/graphic design skills
