JOB TITLE: SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: Gatwick Airport
HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 40 hours per week
PAY RATE: COMPETITIVE

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Administrator to provide essential support across all business operations. You'll play a key role in supporting management teams, maintaining operational reporting, and ensuring critical administrative processes are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process company billing in line with agreed deadlines.
- Provide a wide range of administrative support, including handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Support management teams in the completion of monthly reports and operational deadlines.
- Upload and maintain operational data, preparing reports and performance reviews for both management and airline clients.
- Produce and distribute regular operational statistics and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Support the employee referencing and onboarding process, ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed accurately.
- Conduct pre-employment screening of CVs and carry out interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Complete and process new starter documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and assist with operational and business projects as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements.

Requirements
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- A proactive approach and willingness to support a variety of business functions.
