Support Analyst
Location: Lincoln (Hybrid) | Minimum 2 Days in the Office Per Week
Salary: £27,500 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading software provider within the healthcare sector, known for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer support. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Support Analyst to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Manage support tickets and meet SLAs.
- Perform SQL updates and generate reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Skills & Experience
- Strong IT and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- SQL or application support experience is desirable.
