About the Role
Our client, who is a global leader of Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences, is seeking an onsite IT Support. We’re looking for someone who will be responsible for delivering the onsite IT support and services to all users of the individual Site and executing on all assigned IT activities.
As part of the Local Onsite IT support team, ensure the day-to-day IT operations availability at the site and when needed serve other sites within the Country. Whilst following all Global IT Operations (GITO) guidelines, ensure compliance and seek improvements whenever feasible.

This will be a rolling 12 Month contract (Inside IR35). You would be expected to be onsite 5 days a week in Gatwick.

Target Skillsets
- IT Support experience or similar relevant experience dealing with troubleshooting, maintaining, and fixing IT hardware and software, such as servers, printers, networks, and PC reimaging.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting experience for iOS devices, particularly iPhones and iPads.
- Past knowledge of onboarding and offboarding new employees handling equipment, access, and badges.
- Strong experience helping end users and handling requests in a site of 100 or more employees.
- Comfortable dealing with ServiceNow ticketing and documentation or similar tool.
- Technical knowledge in Microsoft, Windows 10 and 11, and Office 365 environment.
