IT Support Analyst II (Part time 3 days a week)

Onsite contract (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

The Role

Our IT team plays a critical role in supporting the infrastructure that powers our global operations. As an IT Support Analyst II, you will ensure our employees have the tools, systems, and hands-on support they need to succeed every day.

What You'll Do

  • Provide hands-on support for endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, mobile devices) via face-to-face, phone, and remote channels.
  • Manage and resolve IT service desk tickets, ensuring timely, high-quality solutions.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware and software for new hires and ongoing staff requirements.
  • Troubleshoot telephony, networking, and core productivity application issues.
  • Administer user accounts, manage system access, and support internal collaboration tools.
  • Assist with system maintenance, technical documentation, and continuous process improvements.
  • Provide IT support for key executive meetings and live event collaboration setups.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and enforce compliance with ITIL, security, and enterprise standards.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience with strong administration skills in Windows and macOS.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with enterprise hardware (HP, Lenovo, Apple), mobile platforms (iOS/Android), and OS deployment/imaging tools.
  • Client-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to exceptional user service.
  • Adaptable: Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a fast-paced global environment. Experience supporting remote or international teams is a plus.
  • Proactive: Dedicated to operational safety, compliance, security, and continuous self-improvement.
