Job Title: Support and Development Coach
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and efficient Support and Development Coach that will undertake the vital role of supporting a cohort of learners throughout their learning journey at The College’s Mansfield Education Hub campus.
Responsibilities
- Pastoral Support: Provide pastoral support for learners facing barriers to learning, including our most vulnerable learners.
- Collaboration: Work with both staff and learners, and liaise with other specialist services internally and externally to promote and support learner retention, achievement, and success.
- Building Relationships: Demonstrate energy, passion, and enthusiasm for making a difference and have the ability to build positive relationships with vulnerable learners.
- Skills: Have excellent motivational, assertiveness skills, and communication skills at all levels to ensure supported learners make positive progress in a timely fashion.
- Challenge: Apply challenge to learners as appropriate to enable them to be successful and achieve their full potential.
