  • Ensure the people we support receive high-quality, person-centred care that meets SSSC, National Care Standards and Care Inspectorate requirements at all times.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development, including service budgets, key performance indicators and tender submissions for new and existing services.
  • Build strong working relationships across Kingdom Group and with external partners, coaching and developing your team to deliver results.
  • Report on performance and support the preparation of papers for the Board of Directors as required.

Why Join Kingdom Group?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Video Covering Letter: As part of this recruitment process, we're asking candidates to submit a short video (max three minutes) in place of a written covering letter. This gives you the chance to bring your application to life and tell us, in your own words, about your experience, motivation and why you're right for the role. We know video isn't everyone's preferred way of communicating, so please don't worry about polish or production quality. A phone recording in a quiet space is perfectly fine. What matters most is the substance of what you tell us: your experience, motivation and why you're right for the role.
