We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Consultant to join our Secure Managed Services team. This role combines hands-on technical support with customer-facing service delivery responsibilities.
The successful applicant will manage complex incidents and service requests, while also supporting managed service reporting, customer reviews, escalations, service governance and continual improvement. This role is suited to a Support Consultant who wants exposure to broader customer and service activity while remaining technically involved in day-to-day delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex incidents, service requests and customer escalations across supported customer environments, ensuring progress, actions and updates are clearly tracked through to resolution.
- Act as a technical escalation point across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, cybersecurity tooling and custom applications.
- Support customer relationships through service reporting, reviews, governance and escalation activity, helping to track SLA performance, risks, actions, onboarding, transition and service improvements.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, customers, partners and vendors to progress high-priority issues and remove blockers.
- Support colleagues by sharing knowledge, improving troubleshooting approaches and strengthening customer communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, service resilience, reporting, automation and operational efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
