About the Role:
We are seeking a warm, compassionate, and proactive individual to take a lead in providing person-centered care and support to our service users.
The Tameside Extra Care services comprise of three extra care sites across the Tameside borough. The schemes consist of a number of one bedroom and two bedroomed self-contained flats, with a proportion of individuals receiving a care service. Needs may include dementia, mental health needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and complex health needs.
You will assist the Registered Manager in ensuring an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and works with the service user’s families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere. You must be flexible, energetic, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support with personal care and domestic tasks
- Supporting individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities
- Embracing all aspects of the role, including evenings and weekends

Requirements:
- A minimum of two years’ experience
- Previous experience working within a senior role within Domiciliary Care or Extra Care
Professional Development:
Creative Support is committed to your continuous professional development and as a successful candidate, you will receive:

- A level 3 certificate in ‘Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care’
- Enrollment onto the Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care after your probationary period
