Looking for highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team of Support Coordinators.
Job Title: NDIS Support Coordinator
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator who can start immediately. As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping participants achieve greater independence across all facets of their lives. You will work closely with participants to:
- Identify their goals and support needs.
- Source and coordinate relevant services.
- Ensure effective use of their NDIS plans.
- Overcome any barriers they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with participants, their families, and external service providers.
- Negotiate with providers and help participants understand costs associated with their NDIS budgets.
- Draft and complete service agreements and bookings.
- Take a holistic approach to capacity-building, empowering participants to address challenges and build resilience.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in the disability sector, with comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS and its processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities to juggle multiple participant needs.
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Disabilities or Mental Health, or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Support Coordinator.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
- Completion of the NDIS worker orientation module.
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
