What You’ll Do
- Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
- Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
- Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
- You will work closely with external agencies and professionals to ensure customers receive the support they need.
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
- Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
- Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support. Confidence in using technology is essential, although full training will be provided.
- The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
- Supporting customers with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and dual diagnosis conditions.

The practical bits
- Permanent, part time (17.5 hpw)
- Working on a three week rolling rota including one weekend out of three
- You'll work on a rota; week 1: 10am - 6pm, 12pm - 8pm, week 2: 10am - 6pm, 12pm - 8pm, week 3: 12pm - 8pm, 10am - 6pm
- You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
