Job Description:
We are looking for proactive Service Desk Administrators to join our team.
In this role you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team providing a central point of contact for our clients, engineers and sub-contractors. Your main duties will be to keep our in-house and client systems up to date. Liaise with clients, engineers and subcontractors to ensure we receive quotes in a good timely manner. Dealing with incoming calls and emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality of standards are kept.

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and manage client quotation requests accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, issue and monitor quotations, ensuring timely turnaround.
- Allocate quotation requests to engineers and approved subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, engineers and subcontractors to gather required information.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records across internal systems and client portals.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and updates to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues where appropriate.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all communications and actions taken.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Support the team in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.

Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday, rotating shifts between 8am - 4:30pm, 9:30am - 6pm.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous administration experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a team-focused approach.
