A leading community healthcare organization is seeking a skilled professional to join its Digital Services function. This organization plays a crucial role in providing essential health services across its region, committed to leveraging technology to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
The Role
- Provide second-line technical support to clinical and corporate users.
- Resolve incidents remotely and in person, supporting endpoint hardware and software deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, applications, and associated equipment.
- Build, install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Manage incidents and service requests within the IT service management system.
- Support Active Directory, Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Citrix, and endpoint security tooling.

What You'll Need
- Strong experience providing second-line desktop or endpoint support.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of Citrix, endpoint security, and asset management solutions.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL Foundation knowledge or equivalent service management experience.
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
