Role Summary
We are looking for an L1 Support Engineer to provide first-line support for cloud-native applications. The role involves monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, and escalation across frontend, backend, and AWS environments to ensure application stability and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor application health, logs, and alerts.
- Troubleshoot issues related to React applications, APIs, Python/FastAPI services, and AWS infrastructure.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and user support tickets.
- Perform initial root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Document resolutions, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of Application/Production Support experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications is preferred.
