The Role
This is a solid, hands-on Support Engineer position for someone who enjoys keeping systems running smoothly and solving real technical problems. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and virtualisation technologies, with the added bonus of hybrid flexibility — especially helpful if you’re based a bit further out.
It’s a role with variety, autonomy, and a team that values clear communication and low-drama collaboration.
What You’ll Be Working With
- Microsoft 365 – administration, support, troubleshooting
- Windows Server – maintenance, configuration, issue resolution
- Virtualisation – Hyper-V or similar experience
- Networking & firewalls (advantageous but not essential)

What You Bring
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Solid grounding in Windows Server
- Exposure to virtualisation (Hyper-V ideal)
- Networking and firewall knowledge is a plus
- Comfortable working 3 days onsite in Greater Belfast
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and clear communication style
