2nd Line Support Engineer
Staffordshire
Up to £30,000 + benefits
I'm currently working with a well-established and growing business in Staffordshire looking to add a 2nd Line Support Engineer to their IT team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in IT Support who wants to broaden their skills and gain exposure to software development, business systems, databases and integrations.
The role will be a mix of supporting users across the business, maintaining critical systems, troubleshooting issues and working alongside experienced developers supporting new and existing applications.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and/or Mac OS
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to get stuck in
- Someone who enjoys problem solving and learning new technologies
Any experience with the below would be beneficial, but isn't essential:
- C# /.NET or Java
- SQL databases
- APIs and system integrations
- Power BI
- ERP systems
