About the Role
The Support Engineer will support the engineering team completing their duties in relation to the relevant rules and guidance on Healthcare and Life Science sites across the UK.
Location
The role is based at our service centre in Salford (M38 9PU), however the majority of the time will be spent on the road.
Requirements
- Clean UK Driving Licence
- Working out of hours and away from home for up to 4 nights per week
- Show ambition to develop toward a senior role
- Take personal responsibility for tasks and professional development
- Demonstrate initiative, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities
- Support the senior engineering team on healthcare and life science sites across the UK
- Work as part of a team for several years, progressing through a structured training plan
- Liaise with internal teams including Directors, Managers, Service Engineers, and Project Managers
- Travel extensively, including staying away from home for up to 4 nights per week
- Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and responding to their needs
- Operate with professionalism, flexibility, accuracy, and integrity at all times
