Support Engineer

Location

London (2-3 days in office per week)

Key Responsibilities

Platform Monitoring & Operations

  • Monitor IDMC and EBX platform health, including secure agent performance, metadata scanning, and data quality workflows.
  • Support incident resolution and platform stabilization activities.

Environment & Deployment Support

  • Assist with managing multi-environment setups (Dev, UAT, Prod), including secure agent configuration, SSO integration, and deployment coordination.

Metadata & Governance Support

  • Maintain business glossaries, data dictionaries, and lineage tracking using CDGC and EBX.
  • Support the migration of metadata assets from legacy systems (e.g., EDC) to IDMC.

Service Transition & Runbook Execution

  • Execute runbooks for onboarding client projects, support acceptance into service, and contribute to platform readiness for go-lives.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

  • Work with delivery managers, architects, and QA leads to support agile delivery cycles, validate deliverables, and contribute to documentation and training.
