As part of our remote-first, globally distributed company, you'll provide front-line technical support while helping manage and improve the systems, devices, and cloud infrastructure that keep our business running.
You'll be the primary IT support contact for our EMEA region, working within our follow-the-sun support model and collaborating closely with colleagues across APAC and the Americas to ensure seamless global coverage.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving processes through automation, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

- Own the lifecycle of EMEA support requests, ensuring timely resolution and smooth handovers with global IT teams.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, including device provisioning, access management, and equipment recovery.
- Manage and secure corporate endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
- Administer identity and collaboration platforms including Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
- Support and help maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
- Build automation scripts and self-service workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage IT hardware, software licensing, asset tracking, procurement, and global shipping logistics.
- Partner with Security and Compliance teams on vulnerability management, endpoint security, access governance, and audit readiness.
- Monitor systems and infrastructure, troubleshoot recurring issues, and implement long-term improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge resources.
- Evaluate new technologies and work with external vendors to support business needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
