Support Engineer Required

Support Engineer required, with strong Windows and Mac support experience, based in central London, paying up to £40,000 plus commute costs covered in full.

This is a genuinely people-facing role for someone who loves being the go-to person when things need fixing. You will be the first port of call for over 300 users, both internally and externally, so this is a real opportunity to be the face of IT within a fast-growing, design-led business. Alongside a strong salary, you will benefit from a fully covered commute, real scope for training and progression, and the chance to build broad technical experience across a modern, cross-platform environment. If helping people and solving problems genuinely motivates you, this environment will suit you well.

About the Role

Our client is an established design consultancy based in central London, known for ambitious growth plans and a strong creative reputation, supporting a busy, cross-platform user base of over 300 people.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

As IT Support Engineer, you will log and resolve tickets, troubleshoot issues across Windows and Mac devices, and escalate to the right teams where needed. Day-to-day, you will work across Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365, with exposure to Intune for device management, alongside fundamental networking support including routers, switches, and wireless. Experience with AutoCAD or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong advantage given the design environment, though not essential. Outstanding interpersonal skills matter just as much as technical ability here, since you will be dealing directly with people across the business every day.
