Support Engineer | Farnborough | Permanent | DV Cleared
Join a team delivering secure digital solutions in highly classified environments. As a Support Engineer, you'll provide 1st and 2nd line support, resolve technical issues, and help maintain critical platforms that enable mission success.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support across secure environments
- Manage incidents, service requests, and monitoring alerts
- Support users remotely and desk-side
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory
- Provision devices and onboard users
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles
- Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous service improvement

What You'll Bring
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory administration
- Intune and endpoint management experience
- PowerShell knowledge
- Device provisioning and user onboarding experience
- Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and security best practices
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Atlassian
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have
- Windows Server administration
- iOS/iPadOS support
- JAMF or other macOS MDM tools
- Group Policy experience
- Linux exposure (Ubuntu/CentOS)
- PowerShell scripting
