Support Executive (Junior PA)
We are looking for a Support Executive (Junior PA) to join our Business Support team, partnering closely with client-facing colleagues and providing high-quality administrative support to senior consultants and stakeholders across Marsh in the UK. This is a great opportunity to join an established team and build your PA career in a large corporate environment.
This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work three days per week in either our London or Bristol offices.
Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed-term, maternity cover contract.
We will rely on you to:
- Provide proactive day-to-day PA support to senior stakeholders (including senior leadership), ensuring priorities are managed smoothly and professionally.
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate internal/external meetings (Zoom and in-person), and organize events (venues, logistics, stakeholders).
- Deliver end-to-end travel coordination (including international travel), expenses processing, invoice handling, and support with complex billing/project administration.
What you need to have:
- Around 2 years’ experience in a PA/EA/administrative support role within a professional, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office capability (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with strong document production and formatting skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with remote colleagues.
