Job Opportunity: Care and Support Worker
National Star’s supported living accommodation in Malvern is the cosy, long-term home for adults with learning disabilities. The young adults we support are currently looking for a new full-time and part-time care and support worker to join us.
About the Role
As one of our care and support workers, you will be a key member of our team, providing the highest standards of personalized care to enable residents to enjoy their hobbies and interests and realize their aspirations.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will work shifts and alternate weekends. An early shift typically 7am - 2pm, and a late shift 2pm - 9 or 9.30pm.
Requirements
Please note due to the intimate personal care needs of our resident, we are only looking for female support staff at present.

Application Details
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Contract: Full time 37hrs and part time 20-30 hrs
- Salary: £12.99 per hour weekdays and £16.24 per hour at weekends
- Location Status: onsite, Malvern
- Interview Date: TBC
