Hours: 23.5 hours per week
Are you a nurturing, motivated individual looking to make a meaningful difference in children's lives? Drymen Primary School is seeking a dedicated Support Learning Assistant to join our close-knit staff team.
In this role, you will work directly with children who have a range of Additional Support Needs (ASN), helping them reach their full potential in a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Support: Work closely with pupils to help them achieve their individual learning targets.
- Relationship Building: Develop positive, trusting, and supportive relationships with children to boost their confidence and engagement.
- Daily Supervision: Supervise and assist children throughout the school day, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal needs are met.
- Resource Preparation: Under the guidance of the class teacher, prepare creative classroom resources and activities that enrich the learning experience.

What We Are Looking For:
- A naturally nurturing, patient, and empathetic approach.

- A commitment to supporting children with diverse learning and emotional needs.
- Willing to be First Aid trained.
