Our mission goes beyond individual support; we actively challenge and disrupt the systems that perpetuate inequalities in our society. With a proven track record of delivering effective support services, in 2025, we helped house over 1,500 individuals and provided support to over 600 of our service users, helping them to achieve their personal goals and lead fulfilling lives in their new country.

We are now looking for a Support & Integration Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support & Integration Officer, you will provide person-centred support, advice and guidance to help refugees successfully resettle and integrate into their communities.

Managing a designated caseload, you will assess individual needs and risks, develop tailored support plans and provide culturally sensitive guidance across areas including housing, finance, education, employment, health and immigration.

You will also support residents to build independence, access relevant services and opportunities, and prepare to move into independent accommodation.

Additionally, you will:

  • Carry out pre-tenancy assessments and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate case files and CRM records
  • Accompany residents to appointments and organise house meetings
  • Complete referrals and employment or welfare benefit forms
  • Build relationships with external agencies and referral partners
  • Organise and attend group trips for residents

What We’re Looking For

To be considered as a Support & Integration Officer, you will need:

  • Experience of providing advice and guidance, advocacy and culturally sensitive support
  • Experience and knowledge of working with people with complex and/or multiple support needs
  • The ability to effectively assess, manage and continuously review needs and risks
  • The ability to maintain accurate records and manage a caseload
  • An understanding of the importance of safeguarding, in relation to working with vulnerable adults
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
