Role Name: Supported Learning Funding Administrator (0.4 FTE)

Pay Range: £14,100 - 15,000 per annum (depends on experience and qualifications)

Hours and weeks: 14 hours

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supported Learning Funding Administrator to join our successful and dedicated Supported Learning team at our Redbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting learners and ensuring the effective administration of funding processes within a dynamic Further Education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and data for High Needs students, including attendance, funding, and annual review information.
  • Ensure learner data is up to date, complete, and compliant with College and funding body requirements.
  • Set up, maintain, and develop administrative systems and processes using relevant software applications.
  • Liaise with curriculum, support, and administrative staff to collect, update, and validate student and funding information.
  • Support the effective administration of High Needs funding by ensuring documentation and records are accurate and accessible.
  • Produce reports and provide data as required to support funding claims, audits, and annual review processes.

Who You Are:

The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will be highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage a busy workload while meeting strict deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ability to adapt to changing priorities, work flexibly, and respond positively to operational needs is essential.
