Support Manager - Basingstoke

Secondary SEMH School, Basingstoke

Temp to Perm position - September start!

Salary - £28,598.00 - £31,022.00 Annually (FTE) - NJC Range 5, Actual salary £24,515- £26,593

Academics are recruiting on behalf of a successful Secondary SEMH school in Basingstoke who are looking for a Support Manager to join them in September. The school caters for pupils with social, emotional, communication and interaction difficulties (SECID) between the ages of 10-16 years.

You will be supported by a dedicated and inspiring staff team, who create a nurturing learning environment where young people can thrive and achieve their full potential. This is the ideal role for someone who is passionate about working with children in an alternative education environment.

They are seeking a passionate and resilient Support Manager to play a key role in managing the behaviour and well being of students with Social, Emotional, Communication and Interaction Difficulties (SECID). Working closely with the Support Team Lead, you will implement effective behavioural strategies, build strong relationships, and ensure consistent communication across the school community.
