An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Support Secretary in the Medicine Division at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellent typing and organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines to provide secretarial support for the department.

- Supporting the senior secretary in the daily typing of clinical correspondence
- Logging and chasing of diagnostic requests
- General secretarial duties
- Providing cover for colleagues during periods of annual leave and sickness
- Ensuring the department continues to meet its targets
