About Fintegrate

Fintegrate is a fintech platform built for financial advisers and paraplanners. We help advisers deliver better advice to clients and make good financial guidance achievable for everyone, by replacing clunky, disconnected tools with a clear, modern platform for risk profiling, portfolio analysis, and reporting.

We’re a growing team with big ambitions, and we’re looking for someone to help our customers get the most out of Fintegrate from day one. This is a great opportunity to work with an ambitious, collaborative team who wants to change the FinTech space.

The Role

As Support & Onboarding Manager, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers turn to when they need help. You’ll support advisers and paraplanners using our platform day-to-day, and guide new customers through onboarding so they’re confident and set up for success from the start.

This is a remote role, and there are two ways into it depending on your background:

  • If you have relevant experience: you’ll spend your first week with a team member at our Newport office (South Wales), getting up and running, before moving to remote working.
  • If you’re starting out or changing career: no industry experience is required. You’ll spend the first 3-6 months based alongside a dedicated team member at our Newport office, learning the platform, our processes, and how financial advice works in practice. Once you’re confident working independently, you’ll move to remote working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
