About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Support Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care while supporting the day-to-day operations of the dispensary.

You will work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing services while providing expert advice and support to patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the dispensing process safely and accurately
  • Ensure prescriptions comply with all legal and professional requirements
  • Provide expert advice on medicines and healthcare services
  • Support and supervise dispensary team members where required
  • Engage proactively with professional pharmacy services and healthcare initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
  • Support stock management and pharmacy claims processes
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
  • Assist in training and mentoring pharmacy students and junior staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Pharmacist with PSI registration
  • Strong clinical knowledge and professional integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities
  • Customer-focused with a patient-first approach
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development

Work Pattern

Flexibility is required across weekday, weekend and Bank Holiday trading hours, including morning, mid and evening shifts.
