Looking for a new part-time job with satisfaction you'd struggle to find anywhere else?

You're in luck as we're looking for a new female colleague to join our amazing #TeamBayview in Peterhead on a permanent (15 hours per week) and relief basis.

Our team and the individual you'll support

You'll join a small, friendly and welcoming team who supports a sociable and chatty older lady who has a learning disability.

Your main aim will be supporting her day to day needs, including meal planning, cooking, housework, personal care and medication. We're also looking for you to be enthusiastic about participating and supporting her with her hobbies and interests including TV (news, soaps and Disney movies are particular favourites), visiting relatives, shopping, going out for lunch and arts & crafts.

About You

Don't have experience? Don't worry, we're more interested in who you are and what transferrable skills you'll bring.

We'll pay you for your training, fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification, cover your PVG costs and yearly SSSC registration fees.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
