Join our amazing #TeamMoray in Buckie as a Support Practitioner, on a part-time (20, 25 or 30 hours per week) basis. No previous experience is needed we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need.

At Cornerstone, the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. You'll work alongside individuals to help them achieve their personal goals, make choices and live as independently as possible.

Role

Every person is different, with their own interests, routines and ambitions. Your role will be to provide personalised support that helps people to:

  • Manage their own homes and develop their independence

Our housing support teams provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shift patterns fall in to earlies, lates, sleepovers and/or waking nights. Weekends and public holidays would also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.

If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
