We’re looking for a bubbly, caring and flexible *female colleague to join our amazing #TeamBlackwood in Dundee on a permanent, part-time basis 16 hours per week.

You’ll support two lovely ladies with complex support needs in their own home, helping them live life their way. No two days are the same, with activities ranging from baking, arts & crafts and music to swimming, walks and days out. You’ll also provide support with everyday tasks such as cooking, personal care, medication and household routines.

What We're Looking For

You don’t need previous care experience we recruit based on values and personality. Most importantly, you’ll be:

  • Caring, compassionate and positive
  • Friendly and a great team player
  • Confident communicating with others
  • Happy to get involved and try new things
  • Comfortable swimming, as this is a regular activity
  • Organised and willing to learn

A full driving licence and at least one year’s driving experience would be ideal, but it’s not a deal-breaker for the right person.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
