Job Opportunity: Support Practitioner (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for Support Practitioners to join our fantastic #TeamPerthCS on a part-time (16 hours per week), permanent basis.

Our Team and the Individuals You'll Support

This isn't your average job; you'll be part of a friendly and dedicated team where teamwork and making a difference go hand in hand. You'll support adults in Perth with a variety of disabilities and additional support needs, helping them to live their lives to the fullest.

From cooking meals together to smashing personal goals, trying new activities, you'll be part of moments that really matter.

Requirements

You don't need previous experience, just bring the right attitude, and we'll support you every step of the way!

We'd love you to have:

Shifts

Because everyone we support is unique, your shifts will be too:

  • Shifts between 0800-2000 hours Monday - Friday
  • 1000-1930 hours (weekends)
  • Later shifts for activities, concerts, and shows
  • Sleepovers to support holidays and trips away

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
