Looking for a job where every day is different, you’re part of a great team, and the work you do genuinely matters?
Whether you’re starting your career in care, looking for a rewarding change, or searching for a part-time role that fits around your lifestyle, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re looking for female colleagues to join our friendly team in Irvine (up to 30 hours per week), supporting two wonderful ladies to live life to the fullest.
What makes this role special?
The ladies we support love being out and about and enjoy a fantastic range of activities from music and discos to theatre trips, cinema visits, shopping and holidays. They both have their own mobility vehicles and love getting out into the community, so there’s plenty of opportunity for fun, memorable days and new experiences.
Both ladies use wheelchairs, and you’ll support them with their mobility, including the use of tracking hoists. Don’t worry if you haven’t done this before you’ll receive the training and support you need.
Most importantly, you’ll be helping two people enjoy the things they love, build independence and make the most of every day.
What We're Looking For
As the ladies have their own vehicles and enjoy getting out and about, you’ll need:
- A full UK manual driving licence
- At least one year’s driving experience
- A positive, caring and can-do attitude
- A willingness to get involved and make a difference

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
